To achieve a healthy skin barrier, brighter, clearer and more even complexion, we recommend to clients to help maximise the benefits of Environ’s in-clinic treatments, to get into a consistent at-home skincare routine to really notice the difference in your skin. Its like going to the gym then going home to eat pizza! You won’t get the best results if you don’t look at all the variables in your daily skincare routine – what you use daily on your skin can make the biggest difference.

Pre-Cleansing – begin with a pre-cleanser to remove make-up, excess oil and impurities from the skin. We love the Environ Skin EssentiA Dual Action Pre-Cleansing Oil to use in your evening routine to gently cleanse the skin and prepare for your cleanser and toning to follow.

Cleansing – use a gentle yet effective cleanser to thoroughly cleanse the skin without stripping its natural oils. Environ have a variety of gentle cleansers, from Environ Skin EssentiA Mild Cleansing Lotion suitable for all skin types to Environ Skin EssentiA Low Foam Cleansing Gel for combination skin type. For more dry, mature, sensitive skin Environ Youth EssentiA Hydra Intensive Cleanser.

Toning – to help balance the pH of the skin and prepare the skin for the absorption of active ingredients, its important to apply a couple of drops of toner to the skin – no cotton pads needed! And massage the toner into the face and neck before allowing it to dry for 1 minute and then apply your serums. For normal skin types we recommend the Environ Botanical Moisturising Toner.

For acne prone/oily problematic skin – Environ Focus Care Clarity+ Sebu-Tone Clarifier helps clear and refine congested, breakout-prone skin with a gentle exfoliating blend of lactic acid and salicylic acid, promoting a clearer, more balanced complexion.

Moisturising with Vitamin A – the most important vitamin for your skin is Vitamin A for repair and normalising the skin at a cellular level. So its best to start with the lowest level of vitamin A moisturiser in the STEP-UP SYSTEM™, such as AVST 1, and progress to higher levels as the skin becomes accustomed and healthier.

For those that want or need more anti-ageing power! Then the Environ Youth EssentiA Vita-Peptide C-Quence Serums 1-4 Plus deliver a powerful dose of vitamin A, C, E, and peptides to combat visible signs of ageing, with a unique step-up system that strengthens and revitalises skin for a smoother, more youthful appearance.

Eye creams – important not to forget the eye area as skin is four times thinner under the eyes. For anti-ageing around the eye contour area, we recommend the Environ Youth EssentiA Vita-Peptide Eye Gel, which contains essential vitamins, antioxidants and specially selected peptides for use on the delicate and sensitive eye area.
